Wij verwerken uitsluitend de gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het bereiken van de beschreven doeleinden. Wij verwerken geen bijzondere categorieen van persoonsgegevens (gezondheidsgegevens, politieke overtuigingen, etc.) tenzij dit strikt vereist is en u daarvoor expliciete toestemming heeft gegeven.

Beheer van klantendossiers, projectopvolging, facturatie en communicatie in het kader van lopende contracten voor procesadvies, implementatie, integraties en success services.
Opmaken van facturen, verwerking van betalingen en bewaring van boekhoudkundige stukken conform de Belgische boekhoudwetgeving.
Analyse van websitebezoek via Leadinfo (reverse IP-lookup voor bedrijfsidentificatie) en Google Tag Manager. Geen verwerking van persoonsgegevens van individuele bezoekers via Leadinfo. Alleen na uw toestemming via de cookiebanner.
Meting van advertentieconversies en remarketing via Google Ads, beheerd via Google Tag Manager. Enkel actief na uw toestemming via de cookiebanner.
4. Delen met derden
Wij delen uw gegevens uitsluitend met partijen die strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van onze diensten of wettelijke verplichtingen. Wij verkopen uw gegevens nooit aan derden.

Met alle verwerkers hebben wij een verwerkersovereenkomst (DPA) afgesloten conform art. 28 AVG.
5. Doorgifte buiten de EER
Sommige van onze dienstverleners, zoals Google Ireland Ltd. en M-Files Corporation, kunnen gegevens verwerken op servers buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER). In dat geval garanderen wij een passend beschermingsniveau door gebruik te maken van door de Europese Commissie goedgekeurde standaard contractuele clausules (SCC).
Leadinfo B.V. verwerkt alle gegevens uitsluitend binnen de EER.
6. Uw rechten als betrokkene
Op grond van de AVG beschikt u over de volgende rechten. U kunt deze uitoefenen door contact op te nemen via privacy@softadvice.eu. Wij reageren binnen 30 dagen.
7. Beveiliging
SoftAdvice neemt passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen ongeoorloofde toegang, verlies of misbruik. Dit omvat onder meer versleuteling van gegevens in transit en in rust, toegangsbeperking op basis van het need-to-know-principe, en regelmatige back-ups.
In het geval van een inbreuk in verband met persoonsgegevens die een risico inhoudt voor uw rechten en vrijheden, stellen wij de bevoegde toezichthoudende autoriteit in kennis conform art. 33 AVG, en in voorkomend geval ook de betrokkenen conform art. 34 AVG.

5. Transfert hors EEE
Certains de nos prestataires de services, tels que Google Ireland Ltd. et M-Files Corporation, peuvent traiter des donnees sur des serveurs situes en dehors de l'Espace economique europeen (EEE). Dans ce cas, nous garantissons un niveau de protection adequat en utilisant des clauses contractuelles types (CCT) approuvees par la Commission europeenne.
Leadinfo B.V. traite toutes les donnees exclusivement au sein de l'EEE.
6. Vos droits en tant que personne concernee

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with all processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our service providers, such as Google Ireland Ltd. and M-Files Corporation, may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection by using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Leadinfo B.V. processes all data exclusively within the EEA.

5. Transfert hors EEE
Certains de nos prestataires de services, tels que Google Ireland Ltd. et M-Files Corporation, peuvent traiter des donnees sur des serveurs situes en dehors de l'Espace economique europeen (EEE). Dans ce cas, nous garantissons un niveau de protection adequat en utilisant des clauses contractuelles types (CCT) approuvees par la Commission europeenne.
Leadinfo B.V. traite toutes les donnees exclusivement au sein de l'EEE.

SoftAdvice BV is a Belgian consultancy specialising in process management and information architecture, and a certified M-Files Solution Partner for the BeNeLux region. We act as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data do we process?
Depending on the context in which you contact us, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: name, first name, job title, company name, VAT number
- Contact data: email address, phone number, business address
- Communication data: content of emails, contact forms, support tickets
- Contractual data: quotations, orders, invoices, payment history
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, page visits (via Leadinfo and Google Analytics)
- Project data: documentation and configuration data you entrust to us in the context of implementation projects
We only process data that is strictly necessary to achieve the described purposes. We do not process special categories of personal data (health data, political opinions, etc.) unless strictly required and you have given your explicit consent.
3. Processing purposes, legal bases and retention periods
Below you will find an overview of each processing activity we carry out, the legal basis and the retention period.
Processing of incoming contact requests and quote requests via the website or by email, for the purpose of commercial follow-up.
Management of client files, project follow-up, invoicing and communication in the context of ongoing contracts for process consulting, implementation, integrations and success services.
Issuing invoices, processing payments and retaining accounting records in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation.
Analysis of website traffic via Leadinfo (reverse IP lookup for company identification) and Google Tag Manager. No processing of personal data of individual visitors via Leadinfo. Active only after your consent via the cookie banner.
Measurement of advertising conversions and remarketing via Google Ads, managed through Google Tag Manager. Only active after your consent via the cookie banner.
4. Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with parties that are strictly necessary for the performance of our services or legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with all processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of our service providers, such as Google Ireland Ltd. and M-Files Corporation, may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection by using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Leadinfo B.V. processes all data exclusively within the EEA.
6. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights. You can exercise them by contacting privacy@softadvice.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
SoftAdvice takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, access restrictions based on the need-to-know principle, and regular backups.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 33 GDPR, and where applicable also the data subjects in accordance with Art. 34 GDPR.
