MacroView · Automatic filingE-mail that files itself in SharePoint
An administrator sets the rules once. MacroView SureFile files the e-mails that match, to as many locations as needed, and tags them in Outlook so everyone sees what is filed.

In short
MacroView SureFile files e-mail in SharePoint automatically, by central rules set by an administrator. Rules can file to several new or existing locations, filed e-mails are categorised in Outlook, and group and shared mailboxes are included. The Desktop edition runs inside Outlook with MacroView DMS or DMS Pro. The Enterprise edition runs as a service in your own Azure, even when Outlook is closed.
