Are Dioss Sign signatures legally valid?
Yes. Dioss Sign supports the three eIDAS levels. A simple signature already has legal effect, an advanced signature confirms identity with a code, and a qualified signature with itsme or the Belgian eID has the same legal value as a handwritten signature in the EU.
Where are the signed document and the evidence stored?
Both return automatically to the right client file in M-Files, with the right metadata, so the file is complete for audits.
Can we set a signing order and reminders?
Yes. Signers can sign one after the other or in parallel, and Dioss Sign sends automatic reminders to those who have not signed yet. You follow the status in M-Files.
Do we need a Dioss Sign licence?
Yes, signing runs on your own account with Dioss Smart Solutions. We advise on the right setup for your documents and volumes.
Is Quill the same as Dioss Sign?
Yes. Dioss Smart Solutions renamed Quill to Dioss Sign. It is the same solution from the same Belgian team, so the integration works the same way.
